The Trout Mobile: "Engage, Educate, & Enrich"

For the Love of Trout
In 1999, artist and fly fisher Laurie Lane set out to do a photo study on the beautiful trout. All but the Bull Trout were caught on a dry fly by Laurie, photographed in the water, and released unharmed. Laurie's admiration for the beauty of the fish led to the development of the Trout Mobile and Patent. The luminant trout are created using a special treatment that aids in light quality and kinetic movement. They're pleasing to watch AND educational! The Trout Mobile Kits support STEM education, or what we like to call STREAM: Science,Technology,Recreation,Engineering, Arts, and Math. The Trout Mobile Kit includes Trout Identification and gives us an opportunity to ENGAGE, EDUCATE, and ENRICH future generations of fly fishers! We are proud to have them hanging in museums, libraries, schools, shops, and homes!
In hopes of protecting our trout and their habitat for future generations, a portion of proceeds from the Trout Mobile goes towards non-profits that protect clean water and help educate safe handling of the species during "catch and release."
